Naturalia is a tiny, wellness-leaning center in 25 hectares of jungle near Iquitos, pairing Shipibo-guided ayahuasca with daily yoga and meditation. It caps retreats at five guests, which makes it one of the most intimate options in the region. We reached it through directories and its own site rather than a visit, and there is one continuity question worth knowing before you book.

The flagship is a 7-day ayahuasca program with 3 ayahuasca ceremonies, a cleansing ceremony, flower baths, private shaman consultations, and daily yoga and meditation, all-inclusive with a private bungalow, meals with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and transport from Iquitos (Naturalia retreats). Second, while the site says medical screening and preparation guidelines are central, it does not publish a contraindication list, a facilitator-to-guest ratio, or any mention of on-site medical staff. The wording is reassuring but general. As always, talk to your own doctor before booking, and ask Naturalia directly for their written screening questions.
Naturalia vs AyaSelva
Fairness first: Naturalia beats AyaSelva on one thing that matters to a lot of people, group size. Five guests is smaller than AyaSelva's six, and if the most intimate possible container is your single priority, Naturalia has it, with Shipibo-guided ceremonies and a yoga-and-meditation rhythm that AyaSelva does not offer.
